Amy F. Levine Amy F. Levine
Amy F. Levine, as a figurative artist, has always been captivated by human individuality. She expresses this in a current body of work that can best be described as sculptural paintings. Some pieces may lean more toward painting and others toward sculpture, but all seek to blur the lines of distinction that separate the two disciplines. Regardless of the format, Levine’s work often brings the viewer closer to Levine’s own childhood in New York and her fascination with the color, shape and movement of a city street.
